      Team is very brilliant and strong. It's really a fun opportunity to learn new things and expand your knowledge Great health benefits, free lunches, snacks and drinks, perfect work life balance atmosphere. People are very nice, fun-loving and friendly. It can't be better than this.

      There is no downside of working at Uncommon. I absolutely enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Incredible experience working with brilliant minds. Office culture is amazing with the team events we have, catered lunches, and an atmosphere that encourages career growth. Honestly I have so much respect and admiration for the leadership in this company. A lot of transparency with the company direction, and everyone has the opportunity to give their input and it's actually heard and recognized. The office is gorgeous as well!
