Pros
Dog friendly. Great coworkers (mostly). Industry networkers. Great reputation and relationships built, many who are still friends years later.
Cons
Most of the downside came when the owners hired some really negative people who hated their jobs and the owners, making the work environment hostile for those of us who enjoyed it. So much negativity and talking crap, making it a really negative environment overall while they were there.
