You can learn and creative thinking is much appreciated here. You'll be a part of every big decision that is made from the development point of view. If you've something great in your mind, you'll be encouraged and motivated to do that. No office politics, everyone is friendly and understanding.

Office space and infrastructure, no additional perks.
