Pros
You are the master of your destiny applies literally here. The work environment is great and any new idea is encouraged, applied and realized. The organization has flat hierarchy and has one of the very best professors in programming languages coaching the team.
Cons
One has to be frugal to work here, especially at the top level but entry level salaries are on par with the industry/
