There´s no long term strategy. Everything is prone to last minute alterations. Work atmosphere is good on the surface, but go even a little deeper and you´ll breath in toxic fumes. Marketing, sales and communications departments are struggling with unfillable promises given to customers and nobody is taking responsibility. Some employees are difficult to work with and the HR is doing nothing but blaming those who bring these problems to their attention.
