      Pros

      *Will turn you into the best version of yourself if you let them *Interesting, hands-on job that teaches you a lot about the education industry *If you slack, it won’t go well *Work hard and you will be rewarded tenfold *Great pay/compensation/benefits/401K/etc.

      Cons

      Like I said, it’s not for slackers and if it doesn’t work out for you, you should look at your work ethic and start asking yourself some questions.

      Pros

      What we work on is incredibly innovative and has a lot of potential to change the industry we’re in. It’s well-built and very high-quality. This is important work done by intelligent people who care about where the future is going. It’s a great company to work for based solely on the fact that everything you do has a huge impact on the future of learning and development as we know it.

      Cons

      Fast-paced, sometimes so focused on the future they forget to slow down and be in the present. The best companies find a balance between the two.
