Very fun and energetic environment with tons of potential. Would highly recommend to all levels of experience. Great organization to build a career!

Pretty static business model that takes a lot of effort to evolve. This causes slow growth which delays career advancements.

Pros
When you work here you're part of a tight-knit family. If you work hard, you are rewarded. It's a great place to learn new skills and move your career forward. Excellent benefits including fully funded health insurance, 401K, and flexible PTO.
Cons
Not everyone carries their own weight. Competent people are sometimes given overwhelming amounts of work while others skate by. Management can appear unorganized and lack a concrete vision.
