      Friendly employees and staff. Full training for a minimum of 3 months. Good working hours daytime. Health and some dental benefits.

      Cons

      Some salaries below average. Not many incentives. No performance benefits. Little compensations for great ideas. Supervisors not qualified for their tasks.

      1. The people you work with! 2. The company culture - everyone is a family and everyone needs to get their part of the job done!Everyone is always trying to help each other! 3. The process! It is a foundry, and you will get to see some really beautiful parts get made!

      1. You will be sufficiently busy that you may at times feel a bit stressed (but where does this not happen?). 2. Everyone else is sufficiently busy that they are not always available. 3. Can't think of any others
