Pros

I’ve had a genuinely positive experience during my time at VS. The organization is full of passionate mission aligned people who truly care about the work they do. Collaboration is strong, cross functional partners are supportive and leaders are open to new ideas that move the business forward. There is a real sense of purpose, and it feels rewarding to contribute to something meaningful. I am so thankful to have a supportive leader that is allowed me to make an impact with my team and the work that we do. I find senior leadership to be very supportive with the right data and business case they find a way to say yes. I think the best part is working hard with my peers and having a lot of fun while doing it.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there are still areas to mature. Priorities can shift quickly which sometimes creates ambiguity and rework. I have seen improvement on communication between teams, but there are still moments where clarity and alignment upfront will drive more speed to innovate. Looking around corners and thinking through processes and how they impact all parties needs to continue to be a focus for leadership.
