If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working alongside people who genuinely care and push each other to do great work, Vi is a great fit. The company's growth has gone hand in hand with my own, and joining the team was one of the best career decisions I've made.

Cons

None that I haven't been able to work through. As both the company and my team have evolved, I've needed to advocate for additional resources. I see that as a natural part of growth rather than a downside.

Like any fast-moving company there's a lot on your plate, but it's the kind of place where you grow quickly and feel your impact.
