I learned a lot in my time at VirTra, and worked with people from many different departments. Working with everyone helped me understand every aspect of what they do, and how I could contribute to a team. This gave me a great foundation in both hardware and software. The experience and knowledge that I've gained have accelerated my career in IT. I will always feel like I'm a part of a family and miss my friends and coworkers at VirTra.

Cons

I would say that the internal knowledge base might be hard for someone who is new to pick up right away. You must be a self-starter and want to learn, to truly excel in this environment.
