Pros

Close-knit, high-performing team that feels more like a family than just coworkers. Leadership is genuinely ambitious and unafraid to embrace change or experiment for the better. Customer obsession is real – the team goes above and beyond to deliver value. Fast-paced and agile work environment that encourages ownership and innovation. Transparent communication and a culture that celebrates both wins and learnings. Opportunities to make an impact from day one.

Cons

The pace can feel intense if you're used to a slow-moving or highly structured setup. As a growing company, some processes are still taking shape – ideal for problem-solvers, not for the impatient or negative thinkers. Requires adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude to thrive here.

Pros

I believe this is an amazing place to work, with the perfect team, mentors, and managers. The founders are highly involved with everyone, including interns like me, and we have weekly update meetings. The managers and colleagues are incredibly supportive, creating an environment that motivates you to work and learn. The HR team is also fantastic—they regularly check in to ensure you're comfortable, satisfied, and not facing any challenges.

Cons

Fast-paced environment—can be challenging to keep up at times
