Pros
- Positive, suppportive work environment - Great team culture - we hang out, go out to eat, go on hikes together, etc - Not afraid to approach upper management - Relaxed culture/environment - dress in a way that is comfortable to you, not a stuffy "corporate" environment - We work very hard, but we play very hard. There is always laughter in the office! - No micromanaging - Feel supported by my team all day, every day
Cons
Wouldn't call this a "con", but this company is not great if you: - don't like or have the patience to work for a startup - need deep-routed routines, rules or structure - aren't flexible or adaptable to last minute and on the fly changes
