- The company is small in size and there is not much opportunity to grow within the company. However, this does not mean you cannot develop your skills further, the company will always provide the support to do courses and training in whatever you require. - Teams can feel a little stretched at times given the workload - however on the flip side it is always managed very well, either an additional external resource will be brought in or the company will look to
