Pros
Ability to excel if you are willing to work hard. They have different opportunities monthly to get commission performance pay outs. ( in addition to base pay) Company provides you will all the tools and training to be successful. There is a friendly environment. Although you run routes alone, you get to communicate with different customers everyday, so it does not get boring. Weekends off
Cons
Early morning starts. Hours can be inconsistent, some days can be almost 12 hours long.

Really liked my fellow employees and management. Fun work environment. See new people every day. Loved working with the Red Bull brand and products! Challenging job. Knew what I was supposed to be doing at all times. A lot of room for job advancement!
Cons
Early starts and long hours could be overwhelming, but every day was different! Smaller city than I was used to.
