- Chill environment - Quiet, left alone to work - Really nice people
Cons
- Lack of company culture - People were leaving left and right. Recent hires would leave within 2 months - Lack of business/up to date marketing knowledge from management - Tight TIGHT budget with unrealistic expectations - Faulty product - No HR department
