You’re in the center of all that’s happening in the state. Great opportunity to establish yourself in the state’s capitol and begin making connections.

News cycle is either really busy or really slow.

Pros
This is an abnormally good local station. They dominate. The ND is the worlds nicest person and just flat out knows news and the market. Its a big family. The photogs all belong in top 40 markets but are from the area.
Cons
Some people have too much power that have recently been given power. Gray has switched to automation which wiped out important staffers. BR is expensive for what it is.
