Pros
Working with genuinely ok co workers, often dealing with stressful timelines but they have your back, miss them
Cons
Unrealistic targets, with a blame culture from the word go. Training Neanderthal, Engineers on the ground unrealistic expectations. Dinner breaks don't exist. All stick no carrot. Could be a great job if the company was not so money orientated and understood the value of loyalty v bottom line . Customers are a commodity.
