      Pros

      Great people, good company to work for. They are actively increasing benefits which were pretty middling when I started but getting more competitive. Good work life balance.

      A good company with competitive pay/bonuses and genuinely caring management.

      Cons

      Becoming more corporate as it grows. A couple of bad supervisors who are untouchable because of the amount of work they bring in.
