- Great management, I feel like I can speak to anyone and they will listen, understand and help in anyway they can. - Shift times are great, there’s lots of flexibility in times - they value your life outside of work. - Fantastic place to network and build up lots of transferable skills. - Breakfast and lunch is a huge plus - Lovely lovely people to work with

Cons

- Okay pay but good signs for progression from what I can see, all senior positions mostly filled internally.

You'll work with some great people. The clients are nice and I've always found management really supportive. I've seen grumbles about training on this platform, but for me there's a good mix of inhouse vs professional outsourced training.

Cons

Sure, we could always be paid more!
