Pros
Very family oriented atmosphere with great leadership guiding us daily. Always room for promotion if you dedicate yourself. Great benefits with a manager who understands the work/life balance. Laughing is a daily occurrence. They make it so I enjoy not only the people, but the job here at Watchpoint.
Cons
Rapidly growing company that has alot of work for us to do. They need to hire more and are working on it.

Watchpoint promotes and encourages democratic leadership styles and collaboration. Work doesn’t feel like “work”; I enjoy what I do to the fullest.
Cons
None - I feel like this is my “forever job”!
