Waypoint is a woman-owned business and it shows. Diane the CEO is wonderful and incredibly smart. She's also passionate about the company mission and focused on bringing real value to the industry while taking care of her employees. The company values include honesty, transparency, and trust - and it's demonstrated at every level of the company. The people who work on this smaller team are all amazing humans who are motivated by continuous improvement. I love that we all look out for each other and genuinely want everyone on the team to succeed. It's a great company culture.
Cons
With a smaller team, sometimes we wear many hats because we don't always have the specialized role that we need for specific contracts. Some employees are better at that than others but everyone tries their best!
