Pros

Uses the skin as a communications channel. Their first product, Wayband, is a haptic navigation app and wristband that guides users to a destination using only vibration. And it helped the first person who is blind to run the NYC Marathon without sighted assistance.

Cons

The company is still young. But the team is passionate and can use additional support with strong operations partners to support the core team in execution and tracking initiatives .

Pros

Very kind and creative team. My ideas were listened to, and I felt that I had a lot of say in the process. Lots of opportunities to learn and expand my skillset.

Cons

Rather disorganized management. Was frequently unclear about the direction of the company and the product. Things changed frequently. Did not receive promissed mayments, and they changed their minds about what to pay me after I had already done the work. I think they have the best of intentions, but I wouldn't recommend doing any work for them without an explicit contract.
