      Good place to advance your career and develop your skill set as a junior IT guy

      Cons

      Hire very low level staff for dedicated server support which cuts the amount of service that customers get.

      Work with high end things from time to time in a big infrastructure. Lots of things to learn about how big systems work. Good to work here to open up some new career paths later like Amazon.

      Very disorganized and bad communication sometimes.
