      Pros

      Strong culture, cool products, great people. I genuinely enjoy coming to work (which is rare) because of the people we have here. Makes even the hard days manageable.

      Cons

      Experiencing the typical startup growth pains; making headway into where we want to be, but expect a fair amount of growing pains along the way (it's why we join startups, right?)
