Every employee, including the managers and hire ups, are very kind, respectful and engaging. The managers are always willing to teach when moments call for it and they do not judge you or make you feel undervalued in any way for needing help, they make sure you feel like a part of a team instead of just an individual. Employee benefits are VERY generous and the company cares for its employees overall wellbeing. The workplace is kept very clean and organized and takes pride in overall appearance and work.

I’ve been a welder at Western Utility Telecom for over a year and I love my job. The employees, management and even the owner has shown me nothing but respect and consideration. The pay, the benefits including 401k has been very generous. If you don’t mind working for a paycheck then this is a great place to work. If you don’t want to work for a paycheck, probably isn’t for you.
