      Pros

      Innovative products - no other company offers. Customer love it. The team is great to work with. Partially remote in Madison. Continually improving. CEO very engaged. Very family and employee-focused.

      Cons

      Growth can mean that things can be a challenge - especially with a small team and lots of learning to do. CEO is responsive and building a leadership team around her.
