Pros
It's a small company but both staff & management are both talented & dedicated. It has innovative ways of thinking, particularly in regards to digital marketing. There's also great work-life balance, where people are expected to be responsible for their roles, and can work from home or out of the office as necessary.
Cons
Opportunities for advancement in management can be limited in a small company, however, unlike a large company, the impact each person makes is clearly visible.
