      Pros

      - Fantastic mentorship from all the team members to identify potential learning opportunities along with the places where they can applied. - Opportunity to work on real projects where you work will be presented across the organization.

      Cons

      - I think there is not coordination across different teams as I expected it to be. However, this doesn't impact your experience overall. - The benefits for contractors are almost nothing. If a contractor for almost an year, I think there should be paid time-off.
