- Great administrative structure and processes for work. I always know what to do and how to do it. - Great management in my department. Things run smoothly; management is kind and professional and helpful. - Great coworkers. Everyone I work with is helpful and responsive. - The company does town halls and has some online events (like a magic show!) which is appreciated. It's nice in a remote environment to meet with your coworkers occasionally, and nice to learn about company goals and direction. - Fair compensation & workload.
