Great co-workers who are passionate and hard-working. Great connection to progressives in community.
Cons
Poor operational practices, conflicting demands mean there's always more needing to be done than is possible. Programs are well developed but poorly implemented because resources are insufficient to execute professionally. Diminishing reputation among contributing artist community who often go without timely payment or adequate fees.
