Pros
Very easy going and not so fast paced. Also no one is breathing down your neck about finishing your work. Mon-Fri which is great and weekend/holidays off.
Cons
The pay is very low and not so much of a raise or moving up positions in this company.

Easy to work there with minimal meetings

The company struggled to have any culture due to its overseas ownership that is distant until it comes to meeting the sales numbers. The company is understaffed and puts a lot of the work onto the sales staff without providing them resources. The lack of bonus structure makes it hard to stay motivated,
