I have been working with XpterTech for close to 3 Months now. It is one of the best companies I have worked for. The work culture is really great and one can see complete transparency in the whole process. The account manager's and the Sales Managers are always on the toes to get you the required details to submit a candidate at the client's end. The turn-around time from submission to interviews to placements is very minimal. Recruiting practices are of the highest integrity, and management (Account Manager's, Sales Manager's, Operations Manager's, Lead's, and the CEO) are seriously committed to their mission. I see a great opportunity of growth for a person who has zeal to grow. Salaries/Perks/Incentives are all on time.
