As someone who has been here before, during and after some turbulent times, this organization has certainly learned from past transgression and made a complete 180. The culture, atmosphere and overall vision has vastly improved from where it was years ago. There's definitely something commendable about being able to learn from past experiences and build a better future. Yieldr is literally a new company! I've been working at Yieldr for 10 months and I don't regret my choice whatsoever. The atmosphere is great and I love my colleagues. The amount of technical problems we need to face on a daily-basis is so high that everyday is different. Although, the reason that makes me to go to work with a smile on my face is the fact that I am not just an employee, but the management takes into considerations ideas, topics, arguments I might have.
