It's the best and worst of two worlds. A small tech startup with massive resources but having as a main client a corporative and non-dynamic massive organization.

Cons

Still very top-down management approach and lack of vision and organization.

Casual e sem muito microgerenciamento. Bônus prometido é alto.

Cons

Empresa em desmonte, o projeto está morrendo aos poucos. RH é área de suporte = só executa. Liderança não tem background em tech, maior parte vem de anos de companhia. Não existe um objetivo claro.
