      The company and mgmt. was fair, and open minded, The work was excellent and impactful.

      Cons

      No cons except the company closed door after years of struggle.

      Pros

      This company offered great benefits, was flexible with time off request. Mostly everyone in management was approachable and always willing to listen. The CEO was down to earth and wanted what was best not only for the company but his employees.

      Cons

      Growth was slow, while being told to always ask for more opportunities. Felt unheard at times. The Pros do out weigh the cons, even more so that I have heard after I left, changes were made.
