Fast paced (this could be a pro or con depending on your personality) -No two days are ever the same -This is not a boring "desk job" -You may wear many hats. This is a great skill to have and will set you up for success in the future. -Digital marketing changes every day, no matter the company. In this industry you should expect to think on your feet and be challenged. Learning opportunities -Not only are the people there awesome, but also very smart. Cons
Change in process -There have been a lot of times where the process has changed at Zeekee. This can become time consuming and frustrating when change occurs. On the flip side, it creates an opportunity to be a part of the mechanics and find solutions for workflow problems. This also means that your opinion will be heard at Zeekee, as long as you vocalize it.
