Pros
Opportunity for career advancement if you work at it.
Cons
Strong disconnect between management and some of the team members. Company overall lacking in Executive Producer who was able to seek out new client work. Some of the staff are nice and helpful, while others are cold and oddly standoffish, or backstabby. Even some of the new guys have a “this is how we do thing around here” attitude, even when they’ve only been there a few months. Bizarre.

Mamagement is scattered and disorganized. Not enough critical feedback, so employees may feel alone without direction.
