Pros

Got to learn a lot from my seniors. Co-workers were helpful as well. Management is good. I like the fact that everyone’s opinion is appreciated. Loved the journey so far. Will definitely recommend to anyone considering joining. Punctuality is expected so be ready for that. Deadlines are followed strictly.

Cons

Work pressure is fluctuating. Sometimes the work pressure is normal but sometimes the work can get too much to handle on time. Management is strict and authoritative. Casualness does not pay anyhow and certain rules are need to be followed to complete the work on time

It was a great working experience for me to work with such supportive management. Coworkers were also cooperative and made my time here memorable. Salary is received timely and has a decent working environment overall. There is a little bit of strictness at times. Gained a lot of valuable skills and faced no issues so far.

Cons

Punctuality is taken seriously and sometimes work load can be little bit extra. Got to learn a lot about work and time management though. Being a self-starter is necessary to sustain in this industry. Not much for cons as of now.
