Fulfilling experience, great learning opportunity

The team that I worked in, the content team, was amazing. People with varied educational qualifications and from different backgrounds somehow came together on the same page to help create an amazing product, with 6 million unique users and over 12 million views in a single month itself. For a video website, I say those are highly impressive numbers. The pay was good, and we all had fun at work. That is not to say it was all play and no work, work was hard enough to ensure professional development in every sense of the word. I was able to learn a lot of things in a very short span of time, and all credit for this goes to a very able team leader, possibly one of the most intelligent persons on the planet, who inspired us to push ourselves and go over and beyond the call of duty, improving yourselves at every step. Working there was like a pleasant dream you don't want to wake up from.
