Pros

if you are in sales there aren't any pros If I could give this company negative stars just know that I would

Cons

Where to begin... EVERYTHING THEY POST ON LINKEDIN IS A LIE. The sales team and ONLY THE SALES TEAM is being forced to come into the office 5 days a week when originally it was a hybrid position. The CEO stated that she was "inviting" all those who are assigned to the office (which means marketing, sales, and Customer Success) to come back 5 days a week but she's only forcing the rule upon the sales team. A salesman had quit the team and no announcement of his departure was made to anyone until we had asked what happened a week and a half later. When the former Head of Sales left, she talked crap about him for weeks although he was genuinely loved by everyone else. They preach employee well-being as the number one priority but the CEO and Head of Marketing have done nothing but create a toxic work environment. If your thinking isn't in line with the company then you're labeled a pariah and a bad employee. The CEO says that she welcomes new ideas along with constructive criticism, but she's terrible at receiving both. She steals ideas from her own employees and tries to present them as her own and this is only the tip of the iceberg. We were promised stock and equity and that was never given. You won't have an HR department so all complaints, grievances, and issues are handled by the CEO. So if you have a problem with her (and you will) it won't be investigated or resolved. The company makes you pay out of pocket for sales tools in order for you to do your job. The CEO says she'll reimburse you and when you complain that you haven't received your own money, she calls you ungrateful. I had expenses from December of 2021-June of 2022 that weren't reimbursed to be until September 1st after complaining for months about it. She was late on paychecks on more than one occasion and when confronted about she blows you off and says she'll get back to you. They want complete control over your personal LinkedIn profile and have even asked employees if they can check their LinkedIn Messages which is a complete invasion of privacy. the CEO openly admits to having an ego and it shows in her everyday work. She loves looking at herself and must put her face on every social media post. If you don't kiss her butt/sing her praises then you won't be in the inner circle. Honestly, there's a lot more that goes within that toxic environment so you best stay clear

Pros

The position was remote work.

Cons

Low pay, unrealistic expectations, bad communication, poor organization. The CEO was over a week late with my final check. I had to email her twice about it.
