A strong management team that supports it's staff, and offers a range of benefits that is expected of a company this size. Offers a range of hours to suit the indivudual

Cons

There are no real cons to working for this company, if I have to pick something, it would be the distance between centres and the time it takes to get to them, however, this was expected when I accepted the role

Fast-paced and engaging role that helps build strong communication and sales skills. Opportunities to interact with a wide range of customers and learn how to handle different situations. Supportive team environment where collaboration is encouraged. Develops confidence, resilience and a sense of achievement when meeting targets and helping customers find the right solutions.

Cons

Sales targets and performance expectations can be stressful at times. Limited flexibility with schedules, especially during peak seasons. However, the rewards do make it worth it to me.
