      Pros

      Olive.com is a great place to work, so many wonderful people to enjoy sharing the work with. Everyone is happy to pitch in and help on every project. Projects are well communicated and launched effectively. Management is organized and shares pertinent information effectively.

      Cons

      I am sure there's a downside somewhere, this is a great place to work over all. I know we could use a better onboarding process for our new employees. We've got some work to do in a few areas. Overall very manageable.
