What stands out most is the culture of openness, where learning, experimenting, and even failing are seen as part of growth.

      One area that could further strengthen the support organization is maintaining a small pipeline of backfill-ready resources for Level 1 and Level 2 roles, where attrition is naturally higher due to career growth opportunities. While the organization already manages this far better than many others, having a proactive pipeline could help reduce transition time and ease workload distribution during backfills.
