      Lots of money and they send you to lots of different locations.

      Cons

      A lot of gossip and miscommunication. Sometimes you are working in scorching heat and sometimes you are working in freezing weather.

      -Small size of company fives lots.of flexibility. -good benefits and compensation -small.market and Terrafix is the biggest player in Ontario. -good people, decent management.

      -small company, limited promotional opportunities -Market is aggressive, sales are hard fought. -owned by large US multi national now, so certain aspecta of the company has changed: less ease of communication and general beurocracy. -dependent on
