      Pros

      Great platform to work as a freelancer and work can be done in both full time and part time. Very supportive team and fellow testers, great discord community. Earning is as much as u will serve and good enough than a office job. Not having a direct boss needs some dedication, concentration and discipline but very good for those who want to work independently and honestly. Support team is also very helpful. Onboarding process is also very smooth and supporting TLs and community. No prior experience is mandatory.
