      Management is very understanding and accommodating. I felt that I’m treated with respect and dignity. Have freedom to decide on the priorities and discuss with management on direction. Gave time off for personal family matters

      Cons

      Company is fast growth and in a very competitive logistics sector. At times I felt I cannot contribute enough and not good enough.
