Senior Backend Java Engineer salaries in India

I'm 50+, and I'm feeling the pinch of "aging out". I see a lot of 50-67 age groups being let go, forced to quit, laid off, or retired early. How did you upgrade your job skills or pivot to remain workable? This is weighing heavily on my heart, and I just don't feel I have it in me anymore to deal with the things at my job. It's like they're doing things to make me want to quit. But if I do, where do I begin in my new life to continue to work until I'm old enough to retire per law? Lost!!

I am looking to become a game developer, computer programmer or IT worker in China or Japan. Anyone have ideas how to do this I am from the USA and have a computer science degree.

Do you guys think that international MBA graduates that went MBB have much worse exit opps? I’m seeing these people get down leveled in addition to joining companies that aren’t known for paying a lot

Hello, I just recently left my job as a Program Analyst for a County Department of Human Services because I had lost all motivation and there was no room for growth. I accepted an offer for a job that I am supposed to begin on the 22nd back with the state but I don't really want it and mainly just used it as a tool to get out of the previous job. I want to just decline it because I'm tired of settling for jobs I don't really want.
