Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Application Engineer to understand client requirements, develop automation solutions, support project execution, and ensure successful system implementation at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Requirement Analysis Meet clients directly or virtually to understand automation, mechanical, and electrical system requirements. Gather technical specifications and evaluate the feasibility of proposed automation solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood.

2. Solution Design & Development Develop automation solutions using PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. Create customized machine programs based on client requirements using relevant programming languages. Apply software design principles to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable automation systems.

3. On-Site Responsibilities Visit customer sites for installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Provide technical support during machine startup and production trials.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance Test and validate automation systems for functionality, reliability, efficiency, and safety. Diagnose and resolve technical issues or performance-related problems. Ensure smooth operation of systems before final handover to the client.

5. Documentation & Reporting Prepare technical documentation including manuals, reports, and maintenance guidelines. Submit service reports to the HOD and respective internal sales personnel for claim processing. Provide regular project status updates, technical reports, and issue resolution summaries to management.

6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with design, production, sales, and service teams for smooth project execution. Stay updated with the latest automation technologies, industrial standards, and programming techniques. Contribute ideas for process improvements and system optimization.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Willingness to travel for site visits and project support.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.

Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.15 - ₹20,800.24 per month
