About Fun@Work

Fun@Work is a rapidly growing coworking and managed office space provider offering flexible workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and enterprise solutions. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-focused Centre Head to lead our flagship Gachibowli centre and drive occupancy, member satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Role Summary

The Centre Head will be responsible for the overall business performance of the centre, including sales, operations, client experience, facility management, team leadership, community engagement, and profitability. The role acts as the single point of accountability for achieving occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring a world-class member experience. This aligns with common coworking centre leadership responsibilities across operations, member experience, facility management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive occupancy of private cabins, managed offices, meeting rooms, and virtual offices.
  • Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, direct sales, and corporate outreach.
  • Conduct client presentations, centre tours, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

2. Centre Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre.
  • Ensure uninterrupted functioning of internet, power backup, housekeeping, pantry, security, and access control systems.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infrastructure readiness.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.

3. Member Experience & Community Building

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and visitors.
  • Manage onboarding, renewals, retention, and issue resolution.
  • Build a vibrant professional community through networking events, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure high member satisfaction and retention levels.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead front office, housekeeping, facility, and support teams.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
  • Train staff on customer service standards and operational procedures.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

5. Financial & Administrative Management

  • Monitor centre P&L and operating budgets.
  • Ensure timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
  • Track occupancy, revenue, client retention, and profitability metrics.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities.

6. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, fire safety, and workplace regulations.
  • Implement emergency response procedures and security protocols.
  • Conduct periodic audits of facility operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
